*Lori O'Connell Sensei has recently published "Weapons of
Opportunity," a narrative non-fiction book about her
training and teaching experiences in the martial arts. To
celebrate her book launch, she is holding a public party at
G Sports Bar and Grill (1208 Granville St, Vancouver) on
Wed. Oct. 10 from 7:00pm-2:00am. The theme of the party is
action heroines and anyone who dresses up as one will
receive a 50% discount off her book, which she'll be
