Today, Lori O'Connell Sensei, head instructor of West Coast Jiu-jitsu, was featured in the Lifestyles section of the Vancouver Globe and Mail.  It was part of a weekly column called "Not Famous" in which a person with an interesting career is featured each week.  Lori O'Connell Sensei was interviewed regarding her career as a Jiu-jitsu and self-defense instructor.
