RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, we will gladly do so as long as the item meets the following:
-no stains of any kind
-no smells of any kind
-no rips or tears (unless manufacturer's fault)
-item has not been used
-item has not been washed
-no stretch marks or deodorant stains on rash guards
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of West Coast Jiu Jitsu. Items that are on sale cannot returned. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
West Coast Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. However, West Coast Jiu Jitsu will cover charges associated with exchanges and returns at their own discretion.
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from West Coast Jiu Jitsu. We will not accept any claims for returns or exchanges from third parties.
